Cutlery & Crockery (incl. Serviettes) @ R4-00 per person for our catered groups only. This is standard of plate, knife, fork, serviette, dessert bowl & dessert spoon. Any cutlery, crockery & equipment damaged or lost will be charged for, and must be paid to MY SPITBRAAI personnel at the venue.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
•	On confirmation of your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at least 10 days before the function. Balance must be paid 48 hours before the function.
•	Failure to pay in full can result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your booking.
•	Kindly fax or email all deposit slips, order forms, changes or correspondence to info@myspitbraai.co.za or 086 692 1310.
•	We will only accept changes in writing at least 48 hours before the function.
•	We travel within the Cape Metropolitan area free of charge BUT longer distances can be accommodated at an additional fee.
•	Children under 10 qualify for ½ price.
•	No V.A.T. is charged on our prices.
•	Our staff will arrive +- 3 ½ hours before the function.
•	We allow 1 ½ hours for the main course & dessert , after which we are finished with the function.
•	Requested times must please be adhered to.
